A LINK CAN BE ADDED BY TYPING SOMETHING -HIGHLIGHT THE WORD WITH THE MOUSE-CLICK ON THE BLUE LINK ABOVE THEN FILL IN THE LINK ADDRESS IN THE POP UP WINDOW -IT WILL THEN LOOK LIKE THIS-

If you want a picture make sure its a gif or jpeg file.
Go to the picture icon
click the browser-click on a file-picture from your documents directory-pictures on your computer
Then up load file (picture)
When uploaded click on it ie the file name a winow will open.put a name in if required click ok.it will the look like this-
